Dr. Keith Hanna has published over 25 papers and holds 23 patents. Dr. Hanna and his co-authors were awarded the 2007 Most Influential Paper of the Decade award at the Machine Vision Applications Conference, Tokyo, Japan.

Prior to joining Eyelock, he was Senior Vice President at DMC Worldwide where he was instrumental in successfully developing multiple new high- value businesses and revenue vehicles. He conceived the highly acclaimed Copia social media and content delivery platform which Gartner named 1 of 3 most transformative in 2010, and was recognized as one of 40 under 40 in Consumer Electronics for 2010.

Amy Romeo, CPA brings more than 16 years of financial management leadership and experience including C-level expertise in turnaround and reorganization environments. Amy drives operational efficiency across the organization and is responsible for all financial aspects of the company.

Joining the Company as General Counsel and Secretary in 2008, David Strauss brings more than 15 years of legal experience. Mr. Strauss is responsible for the management all of EyeLock’s legal affairs including corporate and commercial transactions, contracts, litigation and intellectual property matters. He is licensed to practice in the State of New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
